The successful applicants will be offered a permanent role at Vodafone, which will include taking part in a 12 month graduate program to support their growth and development.
The telco is offering 20 graduate roles spread across technology, marketing, finance and human resources.
Vodafone Director of Human Resources, Michael Stanley encouraged recent university graduates, or those soon to graduate, to apply online via Vodafone’s career section before 15 August. The successful applicants will begin work at Vodafone’s head office in North Sydney in January next year (2016).

“We don’t just want to offer graduates a job, we want to offer them the chance to build a career.
“At Vodafone they’ll go through a thorough induction process and have numerous opportunities to participate in corporate workshops that will help them learn new skills and continually develop current ones.”
Almost a quarter of Vodafone’s workforce is under the age of 25, and Stanley said the opportunity to be at the forefront of the ever changing technology industry was “hugely appealing to the digital generation”.
“Our millennials tell us they love getting their hands on the latest gadgets, working with the world’s biggest tech companies, such as Samsung and Apple, and being a part of the latest tech trends.”
Stanley said the company was “proud to be an equal opportunity employer and would continue to seek out and develop the best talent in the country”.
“We are committed to investing in people who want to learn and gain experience, and we want to help young Australians kick-start their careers.”
