The company said in a statement that it was also suspending subscription fees for its Optus Sport service until 31 May and increasing mobile data allowances.
Customers who were facing financial difficulty were offered suspension of access charges for up to 90 days. Late payment fees and suspension of disconnection and credit collection activities was offered until 30 April.
