Vodafone launches new business plans Featured

By

Vodafone Australia is trying hard. It has announced a new business product, Vodafone Red Business Grow, based on its successful Red consumer plans.

Vodafone has introduced three new business plan options which it says allow businesses to customise their plans for one to 20 users, including the choice for employees to bring their own devices or purchase new ones.

The new range includes month to month plans and 24 month plans. Data and call inclusions can be shared across an entire fleet of voice plans and detailed on one bill. Vodafone’s Ben McIntosh said, “We are here to support Australian businesses by providing smart and affordable solutions for their communication needs.

“We know every business is different, which is why we’ve designed Vodafone Red Business Grow with flexibility in mind. What’s more, as part of the world’s second largest global network, Vodafone has negotiated great value roaming rates, making it affordable for Australian businesses to use most of the inclusions on their plan on their smartphones and tablets overseas for just $5 extra a day.”

McIntosh pointed out that over the last three years Vodafone has invested $3 billion to improve its network in Australia. “By the end of 2014, Vodafone’s 4G network will reach 95% of Australia’s metropolitan population, said McIntosh.

“Our Red Grow Business plans are designed to account for the fact that mobile phone data usage changes from time-to-time. We think bill shock is bad business which is why if your account exceeds its monthly data allocation, Vodafone will automatically top-up the account with 1GB of data at a $10 flat rate.

“For an extra $5 a month, customers now have the option to add a mobile broadband or tablet service to their account and share data among teams to ensure maximum usage and minimum wastage of inclusions, with all services appearing on the same bill.”
