More data, longer expires says Optus

By

Optus has upped data allowances with a new mobile broadband plan, now giving its customers a data rollover of up to 50GB with a one year expiry.

Announcing its new MyPrepaid Mobile broadband plan, Optus says it has also added more data to all four recharge options giving customers the choice of 1GB, 4GB, 7GB or a “massive” 22GB to keep their mobile broadband device topped up.

On the Mobile Broadband plan, Optus gives an expiry of 365 days with a $50/ 7GB recharge, and 730 days with the $130/ 22GB option.

The prepaid plan also has recharge options for customers who only want to add a little data at a time - an extra 1GB for $10 with a 7 day expiry, or 4GB for $30 over 30 days.

Optus says, with the new My Prepaid Mobile Broadband plan, customers can rollover their data and keep their prepaid dongles, Wi-Fi modems and SIM-enabled tablets packed with up to 50GB of data by recharging before their credit expires.
