Telstra claims iMessage and FaceTime bug now fixed

Earlier today, Telstra announced that "some" of its customers "experienced an issue with Apple iMessage and FaceTime", but has since announced the problem has been fixed.

If you're a Telstra customer who has been having problems sending iMessages or accessing FaceTime, the problem should hopefully soon be solved.

Telstra earlier announced: "Earlier today some customers experienced an issue with Apple iMessage and FaceTime. We worked with Apple to fix the issue and services are now being restored progressively. Thanks for your patience. We’re sorry for the inconvenience."

However, the problem now appears to be solved, with Telstra tweeting:
