If you're a Telstra customer who has been having problems sending iMessages or accessing FaceTime, the problem should hopefully soon be solved.
Telstra earlier announced: "Earlier today some customers experienced an issue with Apple iMessage and FaceTime. We worked with Apple to fix the issue and services are now being restored progressively. Thanks for your patience. We’re sorry for the inconvenience."

Our team are working to fix an issue with Apple iMessage and Facetime for some customers. You can continue to send and receive SMS messages. We’ll provide an update ASAP.

The company then issued an update:
If you press and hold on the message that is stuck sending, you can choose to send it as a text message immediately. If you hit "more" you can highlight the message and delete it too.

However, the problem now appears to be solved, with Telstra tweeting:
