Aussie Broadband has topped a Roy Morgan survey of over 1000 Australians to retain the top spot in customer satisfaction for the third month in a row. Aussie Broadband had a customer satisfaction score of 92% for November 2019, well ahead of Internode (79%), TPG (79%) and iPrimus (78%).
The industry average is 74%, with Telstra, Optus and Dodo all coming in with a 72% customer satisfaction rating.
Roy Morgan's data is comprehensive, and is gathered by "in-depth personal interviews with over 1,000 Australians each week face-to-face in their homes."
Roy Morgan CEO Michele Levine says that Aussie Broadband "has proven that ISPs of any size are able to earn customers' confidence in delivery of a quality service."
